Cancellation Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE PENALTIES

Portions of any amounts paid for a booking ("Booking") may be non-refundable, and no refund will be issued for such amounts, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) agreed upon with Travel with Luisa LLC ("Agency") at the time of Booking.

CANCELLATION FEES

A non-refundable cancellation fee (“Cancellation Fee”) will be charged for any cancelled Booking. This fee is separate from and in addition to:

1. Any non-refundable amounts already paid.
2. Any cancellation penalties imposed by travel suppliers, as detailed in the Terms.

AUTHORIZATION

The Agency is authorized to charge the Cancellation Fee to any credit card previously provided under the Terms.

NOTIFICATION

Written notice of the cancelled Booking must be provided to all other travelers associated with the reservation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By canceling a Booking, the traveler releases the Agency from any further obligations or liabilities and waives all rights to pursue any claims related to the cancellation.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Cancellation Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Agency and the traveler regarding the cancelled Booking, superseding all prior agreements, whether written or oral, express or implied.
